I just checked my tube of Nutrical. There is an expiration date stamped into the crimp at the end of the tube. On one side is the lot #, on the other is the expiration date. I bought mine last summer and the expiration date is 1/09. You are probably okay, it might just liquify a little depending on where you are storing it....
