She says the puppy's condition would have to be life threatening before she would consider taking him back. I guess he has to be dying or close to it, I could be wrong. In the guarantee, it does mention that she would replace the puppy if the vet deems it 'unhealthy'. I consider a heart murmur unhealthy, I could be wrong. Especially if I wanted to breed him.

I hope no one takes this the wrong way but I very much want to give the puppy back. While he's still young and I'm not so VERY attached. She can sell him as a pet only if she wants to. If I sell him, the health guarantee does not transfer to the new owner. What to do...what to do
