Well, I finally spoke with the breeder and she said that it was odd that her vet hadn't caught it and mine did. It may very well go away and it may very well not. I did a 'wait and see' with my last puppy and I'm just afraid to go through it all again. I've had this puppy for all of two weeks and now I may have to go to a cardiologist to determine if the murmur is congenital or not and what exactly is causing it? I can't even really enjoy having him. I am so disappointed and sad.
In any case, I will have the vet to check him again in addition to receiving his vaccinations and I will go from there.
