 Giving shots etc
Since you are a student, that bill sounds way too much. I do my own shots and even clip the newborns dewclaws, and tails... but I've had them for 33 years so I'm used to it.
Study those shot instructions on the link they gave you. I just pinch up the loose skin over their shoulders and give the shot into that pulled up skin. They rarely cry. That is called a subcutaneous shot-- under the skin. You can order shots from many sources- I use Jeffers.com or Doctors Foster and Smith catalogues but you can also find them in feed stores, if not in the larger pet stores Best wishes and Good luck with your puppy! |
