Your Vet doesn't know much about toy breeds of dogs. At that age, sometimes you only see some second teeth erupting.
Now that she is spayed wait until she is about a year old but watch for crowding. They don't always lose their baby teeth and will crowd teeth with the second ones coming in too. If that happens you would have to have her put under again for them to pull the baby teeth. If they aren't crowding with some baby teeth coming out on their own, you can wait until she is about a year old then have any retained ones removed.
On occasion, a Yorkie will lose all their teeth on their own, but I have seen more that don't in particular the canine teeth.
