Toby's "girlfriend" is a Tickle Me Elmo doll... and occasionally he gets a little more "into it" than others, resulting in the same problem. Last time it happened, I took my spray bottle with water in it -- and sprayed him down. Everything went back to normal within a couple of minutes.
I've heard that you need to be careful that it doesn't stay out too long, as it can be damaged, and you may have to have surgery to "fix" the problem. I don't know that clothes or belly bands would help -- but try it and let us know. PC Mom -- I've also heard about the sugar trick -- but it just seems to me like there could be some damage, as sugar is granulated... seems like it might hurt! I'm just going to keep the squirt bottle handy, as that is what seemed to help Toby! Luckily, his "intimate" encounters don't happen too often. |
