Sorry no blackmail. What a deep dark mind you have. I am within my legal rights to file my complaints with the AKC, The YTCA and my State Attorney Generals office. I had hoped that all of this could be settled with dignity and as adults.
I have held off sending this information because I was afraid of them at a point in time. Threats were made that forced entry could be made to take the dogs when I was or was not at home. Try living with that for a few months- it can be rather frightening. I have children-who could have been hurt if that situation had arisen.
At this time I am no longer afraid of them. I feel very sorry for them. That is why I have not sent it on. Then I sit and think if I don't send it on will there be another person in 6 months who they have treated the same way. If I don't try and stop them I am giving them the green light to cause hurt and pain to another innocent person.
I have been dared and double dared. Sometimes you have to stand up for what you feel is right and legal. If it goes to court my attorney has filed for a Jury trial. Will be very interesting conversation. |
