I'm sorry that things didn't work out the way you had wanted. But I'm glad that you're looking forward to getting another puppy. Of course it will never replace Jewel, but she will help you grieve and give Jazzie a playmate again because I'm sure she misses you too.
Did you try sending SUZ a message here on YT? She is here in Socal. I have met her and her mother which are both caring yorkie breeders.
