That part is what amazes me. People will go to great lengths and a lot of money to get puppies from some scammer thousands of miles away, and not even consider a breeder in their own state.
Is it because they want one NOW and these brokers always have some available?
I realize that these people are are totally nieve and innocent as to the scams that are out there, but why do they go so far out of their state for a puppy, and pay such exhorbatant prices for a pet. |
