Hi, and Welcome to YT....My Bailey is 5 months old and last week while playing with him, I noticed that he had 2 rows of teeth on the top...I was so worried , wasn't sure if I should call the vet....I searched YT for anything I could find about double rows and got a lot of information. We played a light game of tug of war with an old sock we had given him to play with, and bam....within 2 days they all came out except one, it's still there, but very loose so I hope it will come out soon too.....maybe you could try that?..I really don't like the idea of having to put him under again, as he has allready been nutered.....Sorry I can't help with the breeding question.....Can't wait to see pictures of your little furbaby.
