 How fast do puppies grow??
Hi everyone! We have 5 new yorkie pups born on 3/28. They all weighed between 4 - 5 oz at birth. How much are they supposed to gain in the first few weeks? Our biggest one, 5oz at birth, weighs in now at 2 weeks and 2 days at 1 lb 5 oz. So he has gained a whole pound already, lol. Is it possible for momma to nurse them too often? She doesn't stay with them 24/7, but she checks on them every 20 minutes or so and takes care of their needs if they are awake. Thanks
