Diapers and belly bands will not work to keep them apart. Please crate or keep in separate rooms. This girls is too young for pups and accidents happen quickly.
If you actually do plan to breed her when she's older, you need to do a lot more homework. You should be very familiar with heat cycles/genetics/health backround of the pedigree of both sire and dam/and much, much more. You should try to find a mentor in your area to assist you. Please look over some of the threads on this issue here.
