Lol, this is why I keep Jackson so short. Honestly, he's sooo low maintenance. I only brush him once a week, if that.. and all I have to brush is his face and his tail when I do brush him, haha. Now in the summer I do bathe him more since he's swimming and getting dirty, so once every 7 days is the norm. But in the winter, I've been known to not bathe or brush him for 2-3 weeks Oh and I do try to brush his teeth every night so that's part of 'grooming'.

But yeah any one who wants to get a pet dog and does not care about keeping their hair long ought to just keep them shaved/short, it's more comfortable for the dog if you're not going to maintain the hair. Poor pups.
