The Secret To Perfect Cauliflower Pizza Crust Detoxinista
This recipe got me really interested. Seems like a lot of other recipes the crust ends up too thin, or cracker like and breaks easily. This one says you can pick it up and it won't crack or bend over all floppy. I read another recipe that adds chia seeds in the crust too for a cornmeal like crunch. I'm gonna have to try this! Just so happen to have a head of cauliflower and some left overs from yesterday begging to be made into a pizza!
