I know this sounds bad, but, I'd have his Vision checked, and the possibility of a light Stroke. If you can't get him to a Vet/Ophthalmologist reasonably quick, you might start him on 1/4th tablet of the 81mg Aspirin per day, just as a precaution. (assuming he's in the 4-8 lb range)
