Having 2 is great, but it also means twice the expense and work. Vet bills for potential unforeseen health problems are a big consideration.
My boys enjoy the companionship, but they do not self-entertain. They still look to me to play constantly.
Keep in mind that 2 is not necessarily a cure for separation anxiety, and 2 does not mean they will keep themselves entertained.
