Thanks for the replys. I stopped by Pet Smart also yesterday and asked the receptionist and she said not to worry about it unless they have not come out at 9 months then have them pulled. My Yorkie was neutered at age 13 weeks when I got him so doesn't need that. I guess at 9 months if they haven't come out I could have his teeth cleaned at the same time if he is going to have to be under anesthesia.
One concern that I had about leaving them until 9 months is that the extra teeth might throw off his bite by messing up the adult teeth and also if teeth tend to be a problem in Yorkies that it might be harder to keep the adult teeth brushed well. Any thoughts?
