My fur-babies have the master bathroom as their area. I block off the door way with a baby gate. They have room for their beds, water/food bowls, potty pads, and toys. They love "their room" and will go willingly when I leave.
I have crates for my dogs also, but do not crate them when I leave (they are in the bathroom). I use the crates mainly for traveling to and from the vet or Petsmart. They have access to the crates most of the time and go in them from time to time. Sometimes I will find both of the pups snuggled in one crate together or chewing a bone. |
