well the akc yorkie standard calls for 7 " in height average but as you may know yorkies come in all shapes and sizes..
if your little girl is already 7 1/2" at 6 months she could possibly get 2 or more inches taller.. by 1 year of age she should be at her full height but some yorkies continue gaining weight after that...
