It could just be the change over of food. You are doing it right by changing slowly but puppies do have delicate digestive systems. Once he is finally changed over he should not have so much gas....if that is the actual cause.

Make sure the bully sticks you give him are good and hard. The soft ones can cause some digestive problems. When the sticks are soft the pup tends to eat more of the stick and that can cause some stomach upset. Hopefully he has had a fecal sample checked by the vet to make sure he has no internal parasites.
