I am not sure if you have gotten a Yorkie from there yet. I do know I would tell you don't go there.
This is from a Dobie forum, Sara also has Dobies. And I see ads on Kijiji for yorkies with or wtihout breeding rights. A reputable breeder would never do anything like that.
