Dear Goodness, 700...ugggh, sadly I'm sure hes not the only one. I'm happy that they found them and were able to rescue as many as they could. Hopefully this seemingly "hoarder" with the best of intentions will be put out of business for good!!! Remember there is a difference between hoarders and responsible well organized rescue operators.
