I would say yes, only because my moms old yellow lab was pregnant when we adopted her off the streets. Little did we know though she was due with sixteen puppies. That's right sixteen puppies! only one died and we had to bottle feed some. She had rotties, bulldogs, looked like cockers, and labs. Probably more, but it was a long time ago. Definitly possible.
