That poor women and my gosh that poor little dog. She must be so scared. Praying for this sweet baby's return. It makes me so sad to hear about dogs getting stolen
I was actually warned by another yorkie owner in New York City. She had her female stolen from her apartment a few years ago. She still has her two males. The best advice she ever gave me is to not use a retractable leash. She said that people can snip that leash very quickly and snatch your dog without you even knowing.
