I do not know these breeders. However, we are plagued w puppymills in PA. In fact, it has gotten national attention about how puppymill ridden we are, I am sorry to say. Conversely, we do have some very good YTCA breeders here too.
I would worry that these ppl breed multiple breeds, do not show pics of the parents, and use the term "T-cup". |
