I finally got a chance to read this thread and am so glad I did. We haven't had fleas or bugs of any kind for years but if we do get them, now I know what to try that isn't an internal medication or that Advantix stuff that I used when I first got Tibbe. It cause him to scratch the area where I put it as if he were itching so I stopped using it after the 2nd time and we have had no fleas, etc., so I haven't really worried about flea medication. But it is so nice to know about something that is as benign as any of these types treatments and works without fuss.
