OMG what is wrong with her??? There's just so many incidents of animal cruelty going on, where did humanity go?? I'm so happy that Foxy is alright and I pray she recovers completely and finds a loving furever home for the remainder of her life!! Props to the cop that did CPR and mouth to snout on her! *sigh*
