It's a PDF file. I'm pretty sure this list is a little outdated. I can't find a postable link to an updated one, but you can always google the kennel/breeder name in quotes.
FYI: Most people consider USDA licensing BAD. It means the kennel/breeder has a lot of dogs/breeds
