As a society that values freedom, equality, love, and all that good stuff, I don't see how we can allow such horrible things to go on to our 4 legged friends. I was so angry when I read about the "Dirty Dozen" kennel people from MISSOURI that showed the world how horrible puppy mills can be. Although I am not from Missouri, I hope this law passes and the state becomes a role model for other states to follow suit.
