Frequent feedings of small amounts, her poor tummy is probably shrunken. At least for the next 10-14 days.

Use a high quality kibble. Let her put on the weight back gradually over a period of a month or two. You could sprinkle some lowfat parmesan cheese on the food to entice her appetite.

If you haven't had her vet checked do so, to make sure no worms or other underlying health issues.
