I would think there is no need at 6 months for routine administration of Karo syrup. Too much will actually overstimulate the pancreas to make more insulin than is needed, and actually cause the blood sugar to go even lower than it was before you gave the Karo syrup. This could be the reason why she is tired.

The tummy / stool issues could be caused by the teething, or it could be something else. I would take her in and have this checked out, you want to have any potential issues cleared away, if any, so that nothing gets in the way of the spay. You can get any remaining baby teeth removed during the spay, too, so when you are discussing the tummy issues with your vet, have him look at the teeth and give you his opinion if some might need pulling or how long you should wait for the spay to see if they will all fall out on their own.

The yellow liquid is bile. It usually indicates that your dog has gone too long without eating.
