Take her in to the vet for a check up. It's a good idea to have them checked out before any major surgery, like a spay. You can order blood work to check their liver and kidneys, and have peace of mind that your baby will be ok under anesthesia. The extra blood work is no guarantee, as accidents do happen with any surgery. But, if anything major is going on with your baby, it will detect it prior to it being a problem on the operating table.
As far as runny poop and yellow bile goes, that happens. It could be poor quality food, she was stressed or something else. The yellow bile has happened to a lot of us, it just means they had an empty stomach and really should have had something to eat. Really the only one that can give you a definitive answer is a vet. It's best to just take her in as soon as you can.
