It looked like that - started out with one or two then ended up with more.
He did require a round of antibiotics AND a prescription shampoo to clear up the skin infection.
Now, we control his allergies better so he doesn't scratch to the point where he gets an infection.

Yes, medicated shampoos are also great!
These skin issues are often recurrent with allergic yorkies.
