Exactly, people think that if someone isn't on the list, they must be ok, but only those breeders who sell to pet stores and brokers have to be USDA inspected, all of those who sell straight to the public and over the internet need no inspections or credentials. As Beamers Mom mentioned, the ASPCA is trying to pass a bill to cover these breeders who sell directly to the public. This thread has more information.
