You've had Bella 4 weeks, but how long ago did she give birth? If she was truly with the only family 3 weeks those dates could help you rule their boy in/out as the gestation period for yorkies is 63 days after conception. Even if she gave birth today, you are looking at 49 days which would seem to rule out your friends male.
