I agree with Patti. Many working mommies and daddies have successfully had yorkie puppies before. It would be nice to be there for them the first 6 months they're with you, but that might not always be possible. As long as your baby is coming home at the 12 week mark, and isn't a super tiny one, your risk of a hypoglycemic attack is reduced. Keep your new baby safe when you can't watch him and he/she will be fine.
