I would never walk mine around my neighborhood. We have a park that has a half mile circle and that is where I take Callie if we are walking. There is a pit that they keep chained up down two house and across the street from me and when he even just sees me talking Callie to the car he starts pulling on his tie out hard and sounding really scary and we have had his owner tell us hes not dog friendly so I always move fast incase he breaks free.
