Yes. There is a young lady who likes to walk her german shephard at the same time that Raley and I walk. The problem is, she can barely control her dog. He pulls her like crazy. The first time I saw them walking is before I got Raley. I was on one side of the street walking down the sidewalk and she was on the other. She yelled at me and said "hey lady, he's not nice"....I replied, "well keep him on your side of the sidewalk or take him home". It is just a matter of time before something really bad happens. I just hope she has liability insurance!
