I got one for Sophie and thought I would start with just a couple of inches of water. She just stood there in it with a look of "what am I supposed to do now?" Since she didn't seem to like it I don't know what to do now. Fill it all the way up and let her try to swim? She did fall into my adult sons inground pool when she thought she could walk on water.
She is able to swim we found out. I guess I thought she would be happier in it than she was.
