In las vegas leid animal shelter puts down 25000 dogs a year craigslist is so full of pets that people dont want. I think it should be illegal for any dog without reg paper to be bread and heavy fines to follow the fine money should go to the shelters. This in my opinion would reduce the animal population this ban along with a manditory spay .[/I] |
