What a trip! I was just talking to my husband about this a few days ago. The other day I was watching Animal cop or one of those shows and there was a lady who was fined over 7 g's in fines. But as far as prison time, I have yet to see that. And most of these people should be locked of for their cruelty and/or neglect! |
