Domestic Disturbance Call Leads To Dog Seizure - Omaha News Story - KETV Omaha OMAHA, Neb. -- Humane Society officials seized six Yorkshire Terriers from a home after police were called to a domestic disturbance.
Officers arrived at the home near 51st and Maples streets Monday around 2:30 a.m.
Tonya Hines, 39, and Charles Beuterbaugh, 53, were both charged with third-degree domestic violence. Police said the couple's injuries were inconclusive and they couldn't determine who was the aggressor.
Police called Humane Society officials after finding six Yorkshire Terriers. The owners can pick them up after five days, a spokesman said.
