I can hardly see in the picture what his burn looks like but it sure is HUGE! He needs medical help IMMEDIATELY!

My SIL had a dog that someone threw acid on and he eventually needed to by PTS. The vet was never able to stop the progression of the burn and he was in constant pain. I just have never been able to get that out of my mind and now I see this tiny little soul needing help and I feel totally helpless.
