Low fat and sugar free are very different from each other. low fat is fine, sugar free is not because it doesn't always mean without sweeteners it just means that there isn't sugar there may be something else to sweeten it.
aspartame is another deadly sugar substitute that can turn to formaldehyde in extreme temperatures. this is something i would not want to put into a 98.6 degree body, but that's just me
