OMG!
Talk about the need for spay/neuter for the human population!!!! This just makes me sick what the he!! is wrong with these people?????? Are the parents even going to be help accountable for the neglect of this poor baby? When my kids were little I was out of bed like a lightening bolt if I even heard a peep out of them. How do you sleep through something like that? Seriously, they didn't even NOTICE until the next day the baby had its toes eaten off? Did they not notice blood from where the toes use to be located!
What about the "owner" of the puppy~ was going to jail a surprise? Was he going to jail for lets say dog fighting
