Im not sure how old Jemma is but honestly it just sounds like she is being a dog, better yet a puppy.. Laci is very very socialized, we do go to the dog park everyday but she still jumps and kisses and licks everyone and everything, I dont consider this a bad thing, I just think she is being a dog and more importantly a puppy!! She is pretty rough too, she plays HARD!!
Please check out Layla and Laci they are not being bad just puppies, this is how they play.. they run , kiss , bite one another, they are being dogs!!
