Uni is litter box trained with a pad inside. But once they get it, they will know what "go pee" means, and will do it on command. So at work Uni uses the box, at home it's just the pad on the floor, and on walks she'll do her business outside. I would suggest keeping with one method until they really "get it" then you can switch it up depending on where you are and when they need to go.
