Hopefully this thread will be a little calmer!
1. I would say he gets a nice treat every single time until he is officially trained - which is 30 days. At that point, you can start reducing the treats. To prevent him from filling up on junk, you can use really small treats. I think some people here use butterscotch baking chips, cut into thirds.
I think a special treat that only you give him is a very nice idea.
2. You can bathe a yorkie once per week. No more. I try to go two, but Thor ends up getting a little grungy. There are a lot of different in-between bath sprays.
