It is possible that she is depressed because of the change in surroundings, especially if you are upset about it. Dogs are very intuitive when it comes to their humans. Also, she may be sluggish due to the change in temperature. I know I'd be sluggish in that heat! And I'm from Florida already Maybe you should try to do something fun with her? Take a jog around the new neighborhood, maybe try to meet some new puppy pals?

Bender and I just moved across the Atlantic from Europe, and he was pretty scared/depressed because of the change in surroundings when we first came. He also misses my husband, who will be gone until the beginning of November. He loves to laze around most the day anyway, but he seemed specifically slower when he walked, you could tell he was hunched and sad. I found him new doggy treats he liked, got him a bunch of new toys (also, old favorite toys make your puppy feel more at home), and I introduced him to 4 other Yorkies (3 males and a female). He made quick friends with all of them, and is very active now, and much happier!
