It is incredibly sad - Missouri needs to WAKE UP & get some legislation in place to shut the overflow of puppy mills they have down!
Of course we need it in my state of Iowa too & so many other states. You just wonder how many places are out there just like this
-- we never know, until these places hit the airways.
Also, this story doesn't say one thing about the people who were running the mill & if they will be charged & prevented from breeding again
